Jerk seasoning is an Island delicacy, with hot peppers, allspice, thyme, nutmeg, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, brown sugar and paprika. Use as a rub on chicken, pork or fish.
For best results, slice chicken or meat, then sprinkle Jerk seasoning in the slices. Marinade in lime and olive oil for 30 minutes or more (best to do overnight), then grill. Use with our Julie Mango Hot Pepper Tonic, mixed with BBQ sauce, as a dipping sauce or glaze.
